Preparation is perhaps the most vital but complex stage of any construction project. Accordingly the Blueprint phase is broken into the following steps:

• Structural, Plumbing, Heating

• Consolidation of all of the above into Complete and detailed Specifications

Upon completion of the preparatory phases (Preliminary Design and Construction Blueprints) the Architectural team then adopts a management and consultancy role, overseeing the overall construction of the project in accord with your experienced site manager, who once appointed will engage on the project from start to finish. This ensures continuity in the development of your project, which is very important to attain the highest possible quality in the end result, whilst maintaining stringent financial constraints.

The continuing role of the architectural and design team can be broken into two sets of duties, in-office, and on-site:

In-Office duties:

• Continuing Review of Materials, Requests for Substitutions, and Approval of Drawing amendments/alterations.
• Preparation of Supplementary Drawings when required to Clarify Intent of Construction Drawings
• Evaluation of requests from Site Manager for Credits and/or Extras for Change Orders

On-Site duties:

• Regular On-Site Visits to Ensure Compliance with Construction Documents, to the closet of tolerances
