Since launched, Lord Moser has invested thousands of pounds on formal training for its staff in many areas, on many different fronts. Sponsoring staff to improve their professional skills, sending staff on intensive business and personal skills training courses so that staff can further their careers and enhance their lifestyle, is one of the many goals of Lord Moser's approach to business.

Our HR department has in place measures to explore all training needs with all its employees in any sector. This is achieved through formal internal and external training, on a one to one development, group discussions, team work coaching, mentoring and exploring new experiences and environments at work.  At Lord Moser Plc, we do not believe in staff being pigeon-holed. For this reason, we have in place assessment and appraisals platforms, which allow our staff to explore their potential and future careers.
